Since 2007 the Church is working with the vision of reaching out to the people with the message of salvation and discipling to follow Christ. As years pass by, God opened doors for the church to reach out to places where the Gospel has never been preached. As of now, we have adult fellowships in 16 places in Southern Kolkata and 5 places in the village of Medinipur (130km away from the city). The total number of adult believers are nearly 450. In all those places, house fellowships are held every week. The believers themselves play an important role in evangelism as they bring in new people from their neighbourhood & family. They are encouraged to do so by their own life changing testimonies, as they witnessed miraculous provision, healing, deliverance and multifold blessings. For each location of fellowship, teams are divided to lead and to coordinate. As of now, there are 18 leading and supportive workers in the Church, who are involved in the ministry,  many of whom are helping the Church amidst their studies and their busy schedule in their workplaces.  The Church is also having regular children fellowships in 12 places with over 250 children. There had been training for those who desire to work among the children. And many youths came up with the passion to do so, and are leading the children to Christ..

Recently, in Medinipur, our team were attacked by the local villagers with sticks and bricks. Nearly 60 of them tried to confront our ministry team there. They shouted slogans to stop the fellowship. Everything seemed critical, but God’s favor was with us, that He made the local Panchayat to intervene and declare that ‘no one can stop the fellowship, it will continue’. It was God who confirmed us His purpose and His Might ! After this incident, many more were added to the Church.

As we realise the power of prayer, we decided to meet together to pray three days in a week. Tuesdays we meet as ‘Ministry Prayer group’, on Thursdays we meet for ‘Intercession’ and on Friday mornings we meet for  a time of fasting and praying. We also formed a team to visit houses of believers to go and pray for their family and share the Gospel with the family members as well.

Since 2009, we began special ministry among women and there are women leaders who lead worship and others who teach and equip through women fellowship every week.

Special teaching sessions for men and women are separately conducted to help them in their personal issues and special Christian movies are also shown, once a month, to encourage them in their walk with the Lord Jesus Christ.
